Job summary

Essvee Services seeks an experienced General Manager / Factory Manager to lead our Khushkhera-based operations in Alwar, Rajasthan. You will drive manufacturing excellence, oversee production planning, quality, and timely dispatches, and optimize machinery performance and costs.

You will manage end-to-end factory operations, ensure safety and compliance, control wastage, and mentor a skilled team with 15+ years of industry experience. Engineering degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory operations.
• Experience in paper packaging/paper cups is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, production management and problem-solving skills.
• Engineering degree or diploma preferred.
