Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of plant management or production leadership experience in packaging machinery, pharmaceutical equipment, or capital goods manufacturing.
• Bachelor's or higher in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership of blue- and white-collar teams to drive manufacturing excellence.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Execution: develop and execute production schedules to meet delivery targets for SPMs and turnkey packaging lines.
• Shop-Floor Leadership: manage and mentor production supervisors, machinists, fitters, and assembly workers.
• Quality & Compliance: ensure equipment meets client specs and industry standards (CE, GMP).
• Resource Management: optimize materials, manpower, and CNC/VMC usage to reduce waste and costs.
• Process Improvement: implement lean, 5S, and continuous improvement to enhance throughput.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: work with design, procurement, sales, and dispatch teams to resolve bottlenecks.
• Health & Safety: enforce safe practices and maintain a clean, compliant factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Execution: Develop and execute rigorous production schedules to meet delivery targets for custom Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) and turnkey packaging lines.
• Shop-Floor Leadership: Manage, mentor, and direct production supervisors, machinists, fitters, and assembly workers to maximize productivity and maintain high shop-floor discipline.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all manufactured equipment strictly adheres to client specifications, internal quality control protocols, and industry standards (CE, GMP).
• Resource Management: Optimize the utilization of raw materials, manpower, and machining centers (including CNC/VMC) to minimize waste and reduce overall manufacturing costs.
• Process Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing techniques, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance factory throughput and operational efficiency.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with the design, procurement, sales, and dispatch teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and ensure seamless end-to-end project execution.
• Health & Safety: Enforce strict workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant factory environment.
