Job summary

B2N Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd. invites an experienced Factory Manager to lead our garment production facility in Chennai. You will oversee end-to-end operations across Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Packing and Dispatch to meet production targets and drive cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in garment factory operations with 5+ years in management, hands-on woven garment experience, and Tamil language fluency. Location: Chennai.

Qualifications

• 15+ years exp in factory operations of garments manufacturing with 5+ years exp as Factory Manager
• Hands on in woven garments
• Tamil fluency mandatory

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end factory operations including Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Packing, and Dispatch.
• Ensure achievement of production targets.
• Drive productivity improvements, quality control, productivity, cost optimisation, worker shift operations
