Job summary

SS International seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee the garment manufacturing floor at our Coimbatore facility, ensuring quality output, coordinating workers, and meeting production targets.

The role requires a Diploma or degree in Textile Technology, 3–5 years of supervision experience, knowledge of export quality standards, and strong leadership. Fluency in Tamil and basic English is essential.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily garment manufacturing operations on the production floor
Monitor production targets and ensure timely order completion
Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to export standards
Manage worker attendance, shifts, and performance
Coordinate with the quality control and dispatch teams
Prepare daily production reports for management
