Requirements

• Competent and goal-driven
• Three to five years experience of managing a property
• Experience in managing commercial contracts and budgets
• A goal-oriented individual who s an ace in health and safety requirements, vendor management and property technical systems management
• Organised and analytical
• A self-motivated and quick-thinking facilities manager who can solve problems using quantitative methods and holistic approaches
