Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the companys existing facilities, including preventive maintenance, regular inspections, and emergency repairs.
• Collaborate with the Facility Management team to optimize asset usage, energy efficiency, and safety standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of all assets.
• Lead and coordinate the construction of new factory sheds and any facility-related infrastructure improvements.
• Liaise with consultants and contractors to review designs, ensure feasibility, and approve quotations for new construction or renovation projects.
• Ensure that project designs meet business requirements, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Oversee the execution of construction projects, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Manage site activities, monitor contractor performance, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
