Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Facility Manager for the Dolvi site to oversee integrated facility management, including hard and soft services, and ensure optimal operation of electrical, HVAC, mechanical and safety systems.

The role requires 5–12 years of relevant experience in facility operations, with strong leadership and vendor-management skills. Based in Dolvi, near Panvel, Maharashtra, the position involves coordination with clients and a focus on compliance, PM/BM/CM, and cost control.

Qualifications

• 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in Facility Management / Engineering / Industrial Facility Operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, corporate, semiconductor, pharmaceutical or large-scale facility environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, DG, Fire & Safety and Building Maintenance.
• Experience in Housekeeping, Security, Vendor Management and Soft Services.
• Good client-facing, communication, leadership and team-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of SOP, SLA, KPI, HSE and statutory compliance.
• Candidates who can manage complete site operations independently will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Integrated Facility Management (IFM) operations at the site.
• Oversee Hard Services and Soft Services including MEP, housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control and other facility services.
• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, DG, Fire & Safety and utility systems.
• Plan and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown Maintenance (BM) and Corrective Maintenance.
• Manage site manpower, shift schedules, attendance and productivity.
• Handle vendor and contractor management, including performance monitoring and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, statutory, safety and facility management standards.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, checklists and maintenance records.
• Monitor facility budgets, consumables and operational expenses.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and motivate the site facility team to achieve operational excellence.
