Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in India is seeking a Facility Executive - Technical to oversee property management and ensure amenities are maintained to high standards. You will lead a team of technical staff and coordinate maintenance across electrical and building systems.

The role requires a Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical with at least six years in a similar profile, plus fluent Hindi and English. It involves shift work, requires a professional grooming standard, and a proactive approach to incident

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in Hindi and English.
• Willingness to work in shifts and maintain grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive property management services and maintain amenities.
• Lead a team of technical support staff.
• Review and update processes and procedures as needed.
• Attend and control incidents on site and report within defined TAT.
• Address client complaints and queries within TAT.
• Track masonry, carpentry, plumber, sanitary, welding, and other technical works.

About the Role:

• To provide a comprehensive property management service and ensure that all amenities are maintained as per standard
• To lead a team of technical support staff
• To review and modify processes and procedures as and when required.
• To attend and control any incidents at premise immediately and submit incident report to reporting manager / client within defined TAT
• To ensure all client complaints / queries are addressed and resolved within the TAT.
• Track all works related to Masonry, Carpentry, Plumber, sanitary, Welding & Painting and technical works

About You:

• Need to be Diploma / B Tech - Electrical with a minimum of 06 years of experience in same profile
• Good communication in Hindi , and English
• High standard of grooming
• Works in shifts
