Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items. Maintain project documentation and ensure stakeholders remain informed of progress and issues.Technical Support Provide first-level technical support to end users, troubleshooting basic issues and escalating complex problems to appropriate technical teams. Maintain knowledge base articles and user guides. Monitor system performance and report anomalies.Documentation and Reporting Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including process flows, system configurations, and standard operating procedures. Generate regular status reports on technical activities, metrics, and KPIs. Ensure documentation remains current and accessible.Vendor and Stakeholder Management Liaise with external vendors and service providers, coordinating installations, maintenance, and support activities. Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in clear, accessible language. Manage technical service requests and track resolution.Quality Assurance Assist with testing activities including test case execution and defect tracking. Verify that technical deliverables meet requirements and quality standards. Participate in quality reviews and process improvement initiatives.Required QualificationsEducation and Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2-4 years of experience in technical coordination, IT support, or similar role.Technical Skills Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms. Basic understanding of technical concepts including networking, databases, and system architecture. Familiarity with ticketing systems and documentation tools. Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.Core Competencies Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Customer service orientation with professional demeanor.Preferred QualificationsProject management certification (CAPM, PMP) or technical certifications.
