Works from blueprints, drawings or rough sketches.## Job Description**JD for Facilities / Maintenance Technician*** Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and safety of our operations and Utilities (Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical and Utilities).* Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, such as fixing electrical, electronics, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems and troubleshooting for problem solving.* Maintenance activities – Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown with minimum downtime* Planning and Coordination for Daily, weekly, Quarterly and Yearly breakdown activities with suppliers and contractors.* Assist in the setup and installation of new systems and Utilities equipment’s, as well as supports to execute Improvement projects and retro fitment job.* Upkeeping of Infra structures and maintenance activities for Civil, Carpentry and Plumbing with suppliers.* Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed.
