Role Description

The Facade Designer role at Pinnacle Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will develop detailed facade designs for a variety of building types, ensuring alignment with architectural concepts, structural requirements, and material specifications. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing shop drawings, coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers, and selecting appropriate cladding and glazing systems. The Facade Designer will also oversee design revisions, support technical problem-solving during project execution, and ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in facade and facade design, with the ability to translate architectural concepts into practical solutions.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and constructability.
• Knowledge of cladding systems, including material selection and installation methods.
• Knowledge of glazing systems, including performance requirements, detailing, and integration with other facade components.
• Relevant experience in building envelope design and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in CAD or BIM software commonly used for facade and shop drawing development.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
