Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma with specialization in mechanical fabrication of pressure vessels.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in related fabrication domains.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; oil & gas industry knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze root causes for fabrication issues and implement new process tools.
• Coordinate with technicians and maintain quality across fabrication systems.
• Manage communications with supervisors to ensure efficient fabrication processes.
• Design ideas for pressure vessels and heat exchangers; prepare detailed drawings.
• Prepare estimates and quotes for materials; assist fabrication and welding.
• Plan materials for new products and ensure resource optimization and timely orders.
• Coordinate with engineering to prepare products; assist production manager with reports.
• Reconcile work orders with vendors; prepare drawings and evaluate weld joints.
• Maintain quality from concept to implementation; inspect welding, painting and sandblast.
• Collaborate with teams and assist in delivery projects.

Qualification:

Bachelor or Diploma degree with specialization in mechanical fabrication of pressure vessels and can present a working experience of at least 5 years.

Good communication and interpersonal skills; Knowledge and experience in the oil and gas industry is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• ;Analyze root causes for all fabrication issues and resolve same and implement new process tools according to required order.

• ;Coordinate with technicians and provide support to various teams and maintain quality of the work processes in systems.

• ;Manage all communication with supervisors and ensure efficiency of the fabrication process and resolve issues for processes.

• ;Design various ideas for pressure vessels, heat exchangers etc and prepare detail drawings for all fabrication processes.

• ;Prepare estimates and quotes for supply materials and assist to fabricate and weld the products.

• ;Plan materials for new products and ensure optimal utilization of the resources and administer product orders and ensure compliance to the timeframe for the various fabricated products.

• ;Coordinate with engineering team and prepare product.

• ;Assist production manager and prepare reports on regular basis after final inspections.

• ;Manage and reconcile work orders with help of vendors and prepare required drawing and evaluate welding joints.

• ;Maintain quality for fabrication from conceptualization to implementation and perform inspection for welding, painting and sandblast.

• ;Collaborate with work team and assist in delivery projects.
