Job summary

Persistent is seeking an experienced Fabric & Power Platform CoE Lead to drive enterprise-wide platform strategy, governance, and adoption across global environments. You will lead analytics modernization, establish standards for security and compliance, and mentor CoE teams to enable data-driven decision making.

The role emphasizes leadership, architecture guidance, and collaboration with executives to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Power Platform, Data Architecture, or Enterprise Platform Administration.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric Administration and governance.
  • Extensive experience in Power BI Tenant Administration and enterprise-scale deployments.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise data modeling, semantic modeling, and analytics platform architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) across the organization.
  • Define and implement enterprise-wide governance frameworks for Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Power Platform.
  • Administer and govern Power BI and Power Platform tenants across multiple geographic regions.
  • Establish standards and best practices for platform administration, security, compliance, and adoption.
  • Design, govern, and optimize enterprise-scale semantic models and data models.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform adoption and modernization.
  • Drive administration and governance of Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Power Platform services.
  • Implement tenant-level controls, environment strategies, security policies, and governance processes.
  • Manage capacity planning, licensing optimization, and platform performance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align platform strategy with organizational objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and executive leadership on analytics, reporting, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead platform optimization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Define adoption frameworks and drive enterprise-wide enablement initiatives.
  • Establish monitoring, audit, compliance, and governance reporting mechanisms.
  • Mentor platform teams and promote innovation across the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Support enterprise analytics, self-service BI, and data democratization initiatives.

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Fabric & Power Platform CoE Lead with 10 to 15 years of expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform Administration, Enterprise Data Modeling, and Center of Excellence (CoE) leadership. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-wide platform strategy, governance, administration, and adoption initiatives across global environments while driving analytics modernization and digital transformation programs.

What You'll Do:

Expertise You'll Bring:


  • 10 to 15 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Power Platform, Data Architecture, or Enterprise Platform Administration.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric Administration and governance.

  • Extensive experience in Power BI Tenant Administration and enterprise-scale deployments.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise data modeling, semantic modeling, and analytics platform architecture.

  • Strong experience administering Power Platform environments, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

  • Expertise in tenant governance, security, compliance, risk management, and platform controls.

  • Experience managing multi-geo Power BI and Power Platform environments.

  • Strong knowledge of capacity management, licensing strategy, and platform optimization.

  • Experience building and leading Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives.

  • Knowledge of Azure Entra ID integration, identity management, and access governance.

  • Experience developing enterprise analytics and data platform strategies.

  • Proven ability to drive organization-wide adoption and digital transformation programs.

  • Strong stakeholder management, customer engagement, and executive communication skills.

  • Experience defining governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operational models.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to lead architecture discussions and influence enterprise technology decisions.

  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
