About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Architect to lead the migration, modernization, and governance of existing Power Platform components as part of a SharePoint Intranet Portal migration. The architect will be responsible for defining the target-state architecture, migration strategy, governance framework, integration patterns, and implementation roadmap for Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and SharePoint Online solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Azure Integration Services, and enterprise architecture, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale digital workplace and intranet modernization projects.

What You'll Do:

• Define enterprise architecture for Power Platform solutions integrated with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Develop migration and modernization strategies for Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse components, SharePoint forms, and workflows.
• Create architecture blueprints, technical roadmaps, and implementation plans aligned with business objectives.
• Establish scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures following Microsoft best practices.
• Conduct discovery and assessment of existing Power Platform assets and dependencies.
• Lead application rationalization and migration planning activities.
• Define migration waves, deployment strategies, cutover plans, and rollback approaches.
• Identify migration risks, technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and remediation strategies.
• Drive modernization initiatives using the latest Power Platform and Microsoft 365 capabilities.
• Architect integrations between SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions.
• Design employee self-service portals, workflow automation solutions, digital workplace applications, and approval systems.
• Define governance standards, information architecture, metadata strategy, security models, and content management frameworks.
• Ensure seamless user experiences across SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform solutions.
• Architect solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Azure Services, and REST APIs.
• Design reusable solution frameworks, custom connectors, and integration patterns.
• Build enterprise integration architectures connecting business applications and third-party platforms.
• Establish Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) governance frameworks.
• Define environment strategy, DLP policies, security roles, compliance standards, and lifecycle management processes.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise security, regulatory, and privacy requirements.
• Guide ALM, DevOps, and CI/CD implementation practices.
• Lead architecture workshops, solution reviews, and discovery sessions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and development teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance oversight.
• Present architecture recommendations and executive updates to client and leadership teams.
• Review solution designs, code quality standards, and deployment practices.
• Ensure high levels of performance, scalability, maintainability, and supportability.
• Support production readiness assessments and post-go-live stabilization activities

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Extensive experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Power Pages, Power Platform Governance, and Copilot Agents.
• Strong experience in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Administration, Enterprise Content Management, Digital Workplace, and Intranet Solutions.
• Proficiency in Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, REST APIs, Azure Integration Services, and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, ALM, Environment Strategy, Security Architecture, and Governance Frameworks.
• Hands-on experience designing enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions at scale.
• Experience implementing enterprise employee experience platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and advanced analytics solutions.
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Experience defining operating models and governance frameworks for Power Platform adoption.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing experience.
