Job summary

F22 Labs in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Engineer for the On-Device AI Platform team to deploy and scale AI solutions across enterprise devices. This hands-on, customer-facing role collaborates with IT teams, product, and engineering to solve deployment and infrastructure challenges.

You will lead deployments across large device fleets, configure Intune and SCCM, troubleshoot Windows hardware, and build automation with PowerShell while mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in field engineering or enterprise deployment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of Windows enterprise environments and device management.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise customers and IT leadership.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing technical role where you will work closely with enterprise IT teams, product, and engineering teams to solve complex deployment and infrastructure challenges.

What Youll Do

• Lead deployment of AI solutions across large enterprise device fleets.
• Manage and configure Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments.
• Troubleshoot complex Windows, BIOS, firmware, driver, and hardware issues.
• Build automation and deployment frameworks using PowerShell.
• Design and manage enterprise device management policies.
• Work directly with enterprise customers and IT leadership.
• Support technical discovery, POCs, and pre-sales engagements.
• Handle technical escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Create deployment playbooks, technical documentation, and best practices.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.

What Were Looking For

• 5 to 10 years of experience in field engineering, enterprise deployment, endpoint management, or senior IT engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Windows enterprise environments.
