Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled End User Computing L3 Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and PowerShell scripting. This role involves managing and supporting our end-user computing environment, ensuring seamless operation, and optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities

SCCM Management:

1. Design, deploy, and maintain SCCM infrastructure.
2. Manage software distribution, patch management, and OS deployment using SCCM.
3. Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM client health and compliance.
4. Create and maintain SCCM reports and dashboards.
5. Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
6. Implement and enforce mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) policies.
7. Troubleshoot Intune-related issues and provide L3 support.
8. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.

PowerShell Scripting:

1. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administrative tasks.
2. Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency.
3. Create custom scripts for reporting, monitoring, and management.
4. Troubleshoot and optimize existing PowerShell scripts.

End User Support:

1. Provide L3 support for end-user computing issues, including hardware, software, and network connectivity.
2. Collaborate with L1 and L2 support teams to resolve complex issues.
3. Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
4. Document solutions and create knowledge base articles.

Project Management:

1. Lead and participate in end-user computing projects, including upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
3. Provide technical guidance and support during project implementation.

Security and Compliance:

1. Ensure end-user computing environment complies with security policies and regulations.
2. Implement and maintain endpoint security solutions.
3. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
4. Remediate security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

Education:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, SCCM, Intune, PowerShell) are a plus.

Experience:

1. 10+ years of experience in end-user computing support and administration.
2. Extensive experience with SCCM, including design, deployment, and maintenance.
3. Strong experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
4. Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.

1. In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
