Field Relationship Manager - Field Sales

Location: On-Field
Position Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Up to ₹4.5 LPA to ₹5.5 LPA (inclusive of variable components & based on current relevant experience)

This role is with NoBroker.com, founded in 2014 by Amit, Akhil, and Saurabh, India's first PropTech unicorn. The platform connects property owners with tenants and buyers directly, eliminating middlemen, handling 55,000 transactions monthly, saving INR 1200 crore in brokerage fees annually. Headquarters in Bengaluru; operates in key cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad.

Specific Responsibilities

• Source new property listings, conduct inspections, and educate owners on NoBroker services.
• Assist tenants in finding suitable properties, coordinate viewings, manage rental agreements, and ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain regular communication with property owners and tenants, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote NoBroker through local networking, events, and referrals to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Update property and client data, and use CRM tools to track interactions and manage leads effectively.
