Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead daily operations and delivery of high-quality dining experiences across facilities in Hyderabad. You will drive service excellence, manage costs, ensure compliance, and mentor a food and beverage team to enhance workplace engagement and employee satisfaction.

The role offers collaboration with diverse teams, implementation of innovative dining concepts, and contributions to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within JLL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in food service management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Sound knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and operational best practices.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of food and beverage services across one or multiple facilities.
• Develop and implement innovative menu offerings aligned with client expectations, dietary preferences, and industry trends.
• Manage budgets, inventory, procurement, and cost-control initiatives to ensure operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and service quality.
• Lead, coach, and develop food and beverage teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support meetings, events, and special functions.
• Monitor service performance, analyze customer feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive vendor management and maintain strong relationships with food service partners and suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) or equivalent food safety certification.
• Experience driving sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives within food service operations.
• Knowledge of global cuisines, emerging culinary trends, and diverse dining preferences.
• Proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
