Exo Edge India in Mohali is seeking a detail-oriented F&A Trainer to join our Finance team. You will deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance associates' financial and accounting skills, and create, update, and present training materials according to industry standards.

The role requires conducting needs assessments, coordinating training batches, evaluating feedback, and reporting training quality.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver training programs specializing in Finance & Accounting.
• Conduct TNA and facilitate sessions for new recruits on modules like P2P, O2C, GL/Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare, develop, and schedule training batches to ensure continual up skilling of staff.
• Create redeployment reports for trainees who are unable to continue as a part of the training due to certain reasons.
• Collect and compile batch feedback from Operations.
• To ensure all information pertaining to client (inclusive of Training information but not exhaustive) is used, accessed or disseminated as per the defined guidelines and for business purposes only.
• Generate training quality scores and prepare and maintain reports pertaining to training.
• Liaise with the Quality team/Operations to identify main pain areas and address those through customized training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
