Job summary

Tecnoprism is seeking an experienced Consultant F&A to drive consulting and solutioning in F&A domain. The role involves handling RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and collaborating with Presales and Solutioning teams to create winning proposals for global clients.

Ideal candidates have 10–12+ years in F&A presales/consulting, with strong knowledge of leading platforms and process transformation initiatives. Pan India location and immediate notice are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate Commerce with BCOM/BBM/BBA/ICWAI/CA Inter/CMA/CPA.
• MBA will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• F&A consulting and solutioning, working on RFP, RFI and RFQ, linked to Presales and Solutioning.
• Particulars: contribute to end-to-end F&A deals from presales through to delivery, enabling client value.

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate Commerce :- BCOM, BBM, BBA, ICWAI , CA Inter, CMA, CPA

Work Experience

• Min 10-12 Plus years of overall F&A domain experience

• Min 10 years of experience in F&A Presales / Consulting in the Finance & Accounting domain

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to build solutions for F&A customer

• Ability to identify productivity levers through transformation projects

• Contribute in creation of capability assets independently with pre-defined process assets in the F&A domain.

• Perform process assessment/audit for a Model Based Solution with pre-defined process artefacts.

• Create future state design independently including recommendation of opportunities for improvement using ERP or other tools (RPA, Integration or other Automation tools)

• Have worked in End to End F&A process for global clients

• Knowledge of working on leading F&A platforms like Ariba, Emagia, Trintech, etc.

• Strengthen and enhance internal processes to make them more efficient and effective by identify process improvement/re-engineering opportunities.

• Participate in Daily/Weekly/Monthly reviews to share the update and action plan on various process and system improvements
