Job summary

Executive Tracks Associates in India is seeking a Plant Accountant to manage P&L, costing and financial reporting for the plant. You will handle cost accounting, inventory accounting, and CAPEX asset management while supporting budgeting, MIS and statutory compliance.

The role requires a CA with 5-8 years of experience, ability to analyse standard vs actual costing, and strong collaboration with Production, Supply Chain and Corporate Finance. On-site position in Gurugram area.

Qualifications

• CA with 5-8 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of cost management, budgeting and MIS.
• Experience supporting GST, statutory compliance and audits.

Responsibilities

• P&L and financial reporting for the plant.
• Cost accounting and product costing.
• Inventory accounting for raw material, WIP and finished goods.
• Analyze standard costing vs actual costing.
• Perform variance analysis – material, labour, overheads and production.
• Monitor and control factory overheads.
• CAPEX accounting and fixed asset management.
• Depreciation and asset verification.
• Analyze production cost and conversion cost.
• Assist month-end and year-end plant closing.
• Prepare plant MIS and management reports.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and cost-control initiatives.
• Support GST compliance and audit activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement and Corporate Finance.
• Assist internal/external audits and identify cost-saving opportunities at the plant.
