Danfoss CTM R&D and Engineering in Oragadam, India is seeking a Contract Engineer - Product Test Lab to support testing, calibration, data analysis and reporting.

You will develop test setups, manage automation, and ensure quality standards while collaborating with global teams.

Bachelor's in engineering and 4–6 years in product testing or lab operations are required; experience with HVAC/R is a plus.

The Impact You'll Make

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in Product Testing, Validation, R&D, Engineering, or Laboratory operations.
• Experience in hardware testing, technical documentation, calibration, verification, validation, instrumentation, and data acquisition.
• Exposure to refrigeration, valves & controls, HVAC/R, or R&D laboratories is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
