Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking an experienced specialist to lead innovation initiatives across programs, processes, and client services, shaping the strategy and culture for experimentation with the right resources.

• Ensure appropriate policies, processes, and standards are developed and implemented to support short to medium-term tactical direction.
• Lead a team of specialists, sometimes with several hierarchical levels, with full employee lifecycle responsibility.

Activities may cover both innovation in products and services offered to clients as well as innovation in internal processes. Introduces disruptive ideas to the company's operations.
