Hitachi ABB Power Grids in Mysuru is seeking a Graduate with 2+ years in transformer sales/marketing to handle enquiry management, contract reviews, and order fulfilment. You will prepare offers, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely invoicing while maintaining exceptional customer service and documentation accuracy.

General Sales & Marketing work focuses on a combination of general sales and marketing work including: Face-to-face and/or remote sales to new or existing customers Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and/or solutions Planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products/services and associated brand(s) Evaluating, measuring, and managing the product/brand P&L (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, return-on-investment, etc.) Incumbents in this specialization may also provide customer service and support in the form of information on product/price and resolution to issues related to billing, shipping, delivery, complaints, etc. Incumbents matching to this specialization are compensated based on achievement of sales targets.
Timely acknowledgment of enquiry and sharing them with the respective department.
Capability to understand customer drawings, product knowledge and related specifications.
Knowledge of contract review procedure and get clarification from customers for the enquiry received before offer submission.
Preparation of rate contract/offers and submitting them to customers.
Following up on submitted offer to convert them into orders.
Acknowledging the purchase orders received by submitting the order acceptance and coordinating for the delivery dates with order handlers.
Preparation of the monthly delivery schedule plan as per the customer requirements.
Ensuring the consistent loading of products manufactured at the factory.
Getting Input from customers on their requirements and prioritizing those materials in production to increase customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Backend & Head of Production to improve delivery and timely response to customers.
Communication to the customers on planned deliveries during the month and update if any revision in the dates.
Coordinating with order handler for packing list and arranging forwarders for the planned material during the month wherever required.
Sending invoice and packing list for attestation by Chamber of Commerce.
Coordinating with the logistics team by providing the dispatch information and arranging the BL for the timely submission.
Submitting the relevant documents to bank through FEMA for timely material customs clearance.
Sending overdue payment information to ensure payment on time and reduce DSO.
Support improvement of Sales Process.
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Should be a Graduate.
Proven work experience in the transformer environment, marketing and sales with minimum 2 years relevant work experience. With background in contract review, quotation preparation including costing and pricing experience.
Hands-on experience in sales documentation for delivering excellent customer experience. Knowledge on SAP and MS Office
Understand sales performance metrics.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written, negotiation skill, influencing skills.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
