Overview

Accendra Health (formerly Owens & Minor, Inc.) is a nationwide provider of products, technology, and services for home-based care. This role focuses on driving digital marketing initiatives, greenfield solutions, and modernization of existing solutions as a CMS Engineer.

Required experience: 8+ years total. Shift timings: 2 PM - 11 PM IST. Location: Pune (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the introduction and implementation of new technologies and frameworks including SaaS based digital experience platforms, headless architecture, edge computing and Gen AI.
• Work closely with marketing to create compelling omnichannel experiences and drive customer adoption, engagement, personalization and analytics.
• Develop project deliverables, proof-of-concepts, and pilot new technologies.
• Ensure quality code delivery from self, team members and vendors, including code review, verification against best practices, and quality testing.
• Assist in the architecture of web and mobile applications.
• Develop technical solutions that map to user and business requirements and deliver value for the engagement/client.
• Apply best practices to optimize performance for improved scalability and user experience.
• Collaborate with team members from other departments to implement solutions and solve problems.
• Implement personalization, audience segmentation, email campaigns, and customer journey analytics while respecting security and privacy.

Qualifications and Skills

• SaaS based Digital Experience Platform experience (such as Sitecore or Optimizely), with emphasis on personalization, security, SEO, search, workflows, and commerce.
• Understanding of visual editors, personalization, customer journey analytics, audience segmentation, and running campaigns.
• Experience with reusable components, templates, customization and analytics.
• Ability to optimize digital experiences for performance and scalability.
• Experience integrating digital experiences with third-party systems (e.g., ERP).
• Mobile/Omni-channel experience.
• Migration experience from Managed Services to in-house hosting and SaaS-based headless architecture is a plus.
• Deployment on edge platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, or GCP Firebase.
• Certifications and system administration experience is highly preferred.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology with 7+ years of hands-on experience in relevant skills.

Location and Schedule

• Pune, India – Hybrid preferred; Remote possible for the right candidate.
• Role overlaps with US time zones; shift is 2 PM – 11 PM IST.
