The role focuses on supporting and enhancing an enterprise Optimizely CMS platform, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to clarify requirements and design sustainable solutions. The specialist will assess proposed changes, support delivery activities, and ensure solutions meet business and technical expectations. The position also involves CMS testing and quality assurance, documentation of solutions and procedures, and collaboration within Agile teams. The specialist will support the Scrum Master with activities such as refinements, sprint planning, and follow-ups while helping maintain effective web governance and content management processes.
