About the Role

We’re building a disruptive high-fashion D2C sneaker brand, and we’re looking for an AI-native video editor to push the boundaries of what’s possible in brand storytelling.

This is not about gimmicks. Success in this role means using AI tools to create bold, cinematic content that goes beyond traditional shoots — work that looks premium, feels modern, and sparks cultural traction.

You’ll report directly to the CMO and work alongside the creative and production team, bringing AI to the heart of the brand’s content pipeline. Over time, you will play a key role in shaping how the team integrates and scales AI storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Use cutting-edge AI tools to create cinematic, story-driven video content.
• Blend AI-generated visuals with real footage into seamless, high-impact films.
• Develop AI-driven sound design, voice, and music to elevate storytelling.
• Collaborate with directors, editors, and designers to integrate AI workflows into campaigns.
• Experiment with modern transitions, generative visuals, and new formats to keep content ahead of the curve.
• Maintain a sharp, premium visual identity while pushing creative boundaries.

Qualifications

• Proven portfolio of AI-generated or AI-enhanced video content (show us original work, not templates).
• Deep knowledge of tools such as Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Stable Video, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, or similar.
• Strong editing base in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Taste and skill in sound design, pacing, and modern storytelling.
• Passion for experimentation — ability to push AI tools beyond their defaults into fresh, original storytelling.
• No formal degree requirement — what matters is creativity, skill, and cultural awareness.
