About the Role

We’re building a disruptive high-fashion D2C sneaker brand, and we’re looking for a senior lifestyle graphic designer to define its visual identity.

This isn’t a “basic social media poster” role. Success in this position means creating design work that looks premium, feels fashion-forward, and builds a cohesive brand language across every platform — from e-commerce layouts to campaign assets and packaging.

You’ll report directly to the CMO and play a central role in shaping the look and feel of the brand. Over time, you’ll also help scale the design function into a larger creative team.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a bold, fashion-driven visual identity for the brand.
Create high-quality e-commerce layouts, campaign assets, packaging, and digital ads.
Build a consistent design system across platforms — ensuring every touchpoint feels premium.
Collaborate with editors, production, and marketing to deliver cohesive brand storytelling.
Explore modern design trends and translate them into work that resonates culturally.
Push experimentation and design thinking beyond one-off posts or visuals.

Qualifications

Strong portfolio of fashion, lifestyle, or culture-driven design.
Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (motion design skills are a strong plus).
Ability to create fashion-forward, premium layouts and brand systems.
Clean, sharp, bold design sensibility — understands what makes visuals look global.
Experience across multiple formats (e-commerce, digital campaigns, packaging, branding).
No degree requirement — what matters is skill, taste, and the ability to create work at a global standard.
