Job summary

Gravity Infosolutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Zoho Consultant to design, implement and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and related modules. You will develop Deluge scripts, automate workflows, and integrate Zoho apps with external systems using REST APIs and webhooks.

The role requires 4+ years in Zoho implementations, hands-on CRM/One experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This is a remote contract role based in India.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience implementing and customizing Zoho applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho One.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting and custom function development.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Strong knowledge of workflow automation, business process configuration, and data migration.
• Experience with at least two of Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, or Zoho Flow.

Responsibilities
