Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 4 or more years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework and Agile software development.
• Experience working within integrated development environments.
• Experience working in an Agile Environment utilizing Azure DevOps.
• Prior experience (3+ years) on a scrum team in a scrum master role.
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

Responsibilities

• Gathers information to facilitate work of an Agile team in high complexity work streams to enable continuous flow of value from initiation to completion.
• Promotes effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Eliminates impediments that hinder the teams’ progress.
• Coaches and monitors the team on best usage of Scrum/Agile mindset principles and ways of working.
• Supports the team's efforts to build efficiency and achieve higher scrum maturity.
• Facilitates Agile ceremonies and events.
• Collaborates with backlog owner to ensure user stories are well defined sized prioritized and properly sequenced.

The position will place you in a role where you have the opportunity to support various product teams as well as make a strong impact in the delivery of our product offerings. The Agile Program Management Office offers a collaborative mentoring environment where you have the opportunity to learn from and lead others. Education/Experience
