Job summary

Zetwerk Bengaluru is seeking a supply chain professional with 2–3+ years of experience in execution, post-order expediting, vendor follow-up, and logistics coordination within EPC, manufacturing, or project-based environments.

You will work with ERP systems such as SAP MM or Oracle to track POs, GRNs, and material movement, while reviewing delivery schedules, packing lists, and vendor documentation to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain execution, post-order expediting, vendor follow-up, logistics coordination, or materials management.
• Freshers or under 2 years not considered unless exceptional aptitude or internship exposure.
• Experience in vendor expediting, procurement coordination, project logistics, site materials management or related roles is valued.

Responsibilities

• Experience with EPC contractors or industrial project environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with inspection and quality documentation (ITP, MDCC, MTC, NCR, COC) is advantageous.
• Reading and interpreting purchase orders, delivery schedules, packing lists, and vendor documentation is desirable.

Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in supply chain execution, post-order expediting, vendor follow-up, logistics coordination, or materials management in an EPC, manufacturing, or project-based organisation. Candidates with more experience are equally encouraged to apply.
• Freshers or candidates with less than 2 years of experience will not be considered unless they can demonstrate exceptional aptitude, domain knowledge, or relevant internship / project exposure.
• Prior experience in any of the following functions is highly valued: vendor expediting, procurement coordination, project logistics, site materials management, inspection coordination, or factory liaison roles.
• Experience working with EPC contractors, infrastructure project environments (water, power, railways, oil & gas, solar), or industrial manufacturing vendors is preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM / Oracle / any equivalent) for purchase order tracking, GRN, and material movement or willingness to learn quickly.
• Familiarity with inspection and quality documentation (ITP, MDCC, MTC, NCR, COC, test certificates) is an advantage.
• Prior experience reading and interpreting purchase orders, delivery schedules, packing lists, and vendor documentation is desirable.
