Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Real Estate, Leasing, or Property Acquisition.
• Prior experience in Retail, Healthcare, or QSR industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial leasing processes.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in MS Office and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential commercial properties for new outlet or office expansion.
• Conduct property scouting, feasibility studies, and prepare proposals.
• Manage end-to-end leasing activities, including legal documentation.
• Manage end-to-end leasing activities, including legal docs, possession and handover.
• Liaise with Legal, Projects, Operations, and Finance for project execution.
• Maintain a pipeline of sites and track market trends.
• Ensure timely openings of new outlets and oversee renewals/ relocations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential commercial properties for new outlet or office expansion.
• Conduct property scouting, feasibility studies, and prepare proposals for management approval.
• Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and consultants for property shortlisting and negotiations.
• Manage end-to-end leasing activities, including legal documentation, possession, and handover.
• Liaise with internal teams such as Legal, Projects, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential sites and track market trends for new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and agents.
• Ensure timely opening of new outlets or facilities as per business timelines.
• Oversee renewal and relocation of existing sites as per business needs.
