Job summary

Qualia in Bengaluru is hiring a dedicated exercise science professional to design personalised programs using deep diagnostics and medical history. You will adapt plans with ongoing monitoring, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary Health Squad to deliver a holistic member experience.

The role focuses on delivering 1:1 coaching in apartment complex gyms, ensuring progress across exercise, nutrition, sleep and diagnostics with strong English communication and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Exercise Science, Sports Science or Physiotherapy or a recognised Strength & Conditioning certification (NSCA, ASCA, UKSCA)
• Experience with novice and intermediate general-population clients; athlete training experience a bonus
• Clear, effective English communication (written and spoken)
• High standards of discipline, punctuality and responsiveness

Responsibilities

Company Description: Qualia is a preventive health company in Bengaluru, using an evidence-based, multidisciplinary approach to long-term health and performance. Our members (clients) are typically adults aged 35+, signing up for a year-long health program. It combines detailed health assessments - bloodwork, imaging, physical and cognitive - together with personalised interventions and ongoing coaching across exercise, nutrition, sleep and other lifestyle factors, delivered by qualified health professionals. We have been operational in Bengaluru since August 2025. Exercise Science sits within one integrated team, the Health Squad, alongside physiotherapy, nutrition, medicine and other health experts, combining clinical insight with applied exercise science.
