Job summary

DP World in India is seeking an Executive - Warehouse Operations to lead all inbound, storage, picking and outbound activities within Contract Logistics. You will manage 150+ staff, ensure timely unloading, accurate reporting, and strict safety standards.

You will drive productivity improvements, monitor loss control, respond to customer queries, and coordinate with management on P&L and budget adherence. This role requires hands-on operations leadership in a dynamic warehousing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations management (inbound, sorting, picking, outbound, inventory)
• Manpower planning for volume fluctuations and managing 150+ staff
• Loss control and safety compliance at site
• Ability to analyze performance reports and drive productivity improvements
• Timely handling of customer queries and reports
• Budget and P&L awareness at regional level

Responsibilities

• Unload vehicles on time and acknowledge receipt by mail.
• Plan required manpower in line with volume fluctuations.
• Manage 150+ staff with teamwork and supervision.
• Ensure hygiene and safety of warehouse and premises.
• Respond to customer queries and provide timely reports.
• Escalate non-compliance issues to management.
• Revert promptly on short/excess shipments and reports.
• Drive productivity improvements and layout-based staffing plans.
• Coordinate regional P&L management and ensure budget adherence.

• Need to unload all the vehicles on time and acknowledge on mail for vehicle receiving.
• Need to plan required manpower in line with volume fluctuations.
• 150 plus staff needs to be handled independently with teamwork.

• Customer relationship Management
• Support in customer based on timely need.
• Resolving customer queries and sending reports timely.
• Customer escalation handling, proactively take actions to reduce complaints along with Warehouse Manager
