Job summary

A leading solar solutions company in Hyderabad is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory management and ensure accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, possess strong vendor management skills, and be comfortable with minimal travel. This role involves ensuring the hygiene and security of the warehouse and managing all utility payments. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, along with good communication skills in Hindi and English, is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of work experience in warehouse/store management and logistics.
• Must be open to minimal travel.
• Prior experience in working with both intercity and intracity transporter companies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for complete inventory management at the warehouse on a FIFO method.
• Confirm that all material coming into the warehouse from vendors is as per bill of quantity.
• Ensure entire bill of quantity is accurately delivered to each client location.
• Responsible for overall housekeeping, hygiene & security of the warehouse.

Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for complete inventory management at the warehouse on a FIFO method.
• Responsible for accurate reporting of inventory levels for all SKU’s at the warehouse to the warehouse manager.
• Confirm that all material coming into the warehouse from vendors is as per bill of quantity.
• Ensure entire bill of quantity is accurately delivered to each client location.
• Responsible for overall housekeeping, hygiene & security of the warehouse.
• Responsible for keeping track of utility payments.
• Have the capability to develop a good ecosystem to hire man‑power and arrange for transport as and when required.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in warehouse/store management and logistics.
• Vendor management skills.
• Must be open to minimal travel.
• Knowledge of Local language.
• Good knowledge of MS Word / Excel.

Additional Requirements:

• Prior experience in working with both intercity and intracity transporter companies.
• Owns a 2‑Wheeler and driving license.
• Conversant in Hindi and English.
• Assertive communication.
