Job summary

Marsh Risk India is seeking an Executive Vice President for India Client Services to lead and develop client relationships from Bengaluru in a hybrid role requiring three days in the office. The role focuses on client advocacy, complex transactions and a growing portfolio of large clients, with leadership duties and cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive new business, design bespoke product solutions and mentor a team while coordinating with finance to monitor invoicing and TAT.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in insurance industry.
• MBA from a reputed B–School.
• Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
• Domain knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of Trade Receivables Business, Financial statements and proficiency in Insurance fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency on client management including claim advocacy.
• Responsible for handling complex transactions and large clients.
• Responsible for managing global insurance portfolio of large clients.
• Responsible for generating new business.
• Generating and developing new product design and class, bespoke to a prospect’s requirements.
• Develops and maintains effective network within the business community and industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
• Visit insurance companies regularly to ensure continuous engagement with different stakeholder.
• Responsible for providing leadership, support and guidance to the team.
• Keep a track of invoicing / receivables and rewards in coordination with the finance team and make sure that the team maintains the TAT.
• Conduct trainings for colleagues on Property/Engineering/Marine and any other line of Business.

We will count on you to:
