Job summary

360 Degree Cloud Technologies in Noida (WFO, 5 days a week) is seeking a Vendor Management Executive with 3–5 years of hands-on vendor management experience. The role focuses on managing staffing vendors, vendor relationships, and performance tracking to ensure seamless resource deployment.

The candidate will coordinate with HR, Delivery, Finance, and Project Teams, negotiate terms, and maintain vendor data and reports.

Qualifications

• Hands-on vendor management experience with staffing partners, vendor relationships, and SLA tracking.
• Experience in resource fulfilment, performance reports and stakeholder coordination.
• Profiles with only recruitment coordination experience should not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Managing staffing and recruitment vendors.
• Driving resource fulfilment and deployment through external partners.
• Tracking vendor performance, SLAs, and turnaround times.
• Negotiating commercial terms and vendor engagements.
• Maintaining vendor databases, hiring trackers, MIS, and performance reports.
• Coordinating with HR, Delivery, Finance, and Project Teams for onboarding and deployment activities.
• Supporting workforce planning and vendor capacity management.

Position: Vendor Management Executive

Location/Work Mode: Noida, WFO (all 5 days)

Key Requirement: The candidate must possess genuine hands-on experience in vendor management, including managing staffing partners, vendor relationships, resource fulfilment, SLA tracking, vendor performance management, stakeholder coordination, and related operational activities. Profiles with only recruitment coordination experience should not be considered.
