Job summary

Anheuser Busch InBev in Bengaluru is seeking a Transportation Operations Executive to support day-to-day transportation, ensure timely vehicle placement, dispatch, shipment tracking, and accurate transport documentation. You will coordinate with breweries, depots, warehouses, transporters, and planning teams to resolve delays, monitor PODs, and produce Transportation MIS and KPI reports.

1–3 years in logistics, dispatch, or fleet coordination and working knowledge of Excel; SAP/TMS exposure

Qualifications

• Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, fleet coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Working knowledge of Excel; exposure to SAP/TMS/ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle placement and dispatch execution with transporters.
• Track shipments from dispatch to delivery and proactively follow up on delays.
• Coordinate with breweries, depots, warehouses, transporters, and planning teams for smooth execution.
• Manage transportation exceptions such as vehicle non-placement, breakdowns, delays, and delivery issues.
• Track PODs and transportation documentation and ensure timely closure.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Transportation MIS and KPI reports.
• Monitor transporter performance including placement, transit time, delivery adherence, and service levels.
• Support freight documentation and resolution of billing discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to transportation SOPs, operational controls, and compliance requirements.
• Support process improvement, transportation automation, and digital tracking initiatives.

Role Purpose:
