Job summary

Novumgen in Gujarat, Vadodara, is seeking an experienced Project Sr. Executive to lead CMO management, product launches, and commercial readiness in the pharmaceutical sector.

The role requires a Masters in Pharmacy/Life Sciences plus MBA and 3–7 years of pharma industry experience. You will drive end-to-end project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely launch readiness and on-time product availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for new product launches and commercial activities.
• Manage external CMO partners for manufacturing, packaging, technology transfer, and supply.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and critical paths.
• Drive CMO deliverables, identify risks/issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor manufacturing and packaging schedules to ensure on-time product availability.
• Coordinate forecasting, production planning, inventory readiness, and launch quantities.
• Track project budgets, purchase orders, commitments, and CMO-related activities.
• Lead regular project review meetings with internal teams and CMO partners.
• Ensure timely completion of technical, quality, regulatory, and supply-related activities.
• Maintain PMS software and provide management updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
