Job summary

Mahansaria Group is seeking a technically skilled professional in Rajasthan to drive product development, testing, and training activities. The role includes handling claims, conducting site visits, and delivering data-driven recommendations to distributors and customers.

You will also perform market intelligence, support the sales team with technical input, and engage with large fleet customers to strengthen relationships and support after-sales service.

Responsibilities

• Product testing and inspection on a monthly basis.
• Ensure quality standards and performance benchmarks are met.
• Manage customer claims through inspection and resolution.
• Maintain a turnaround time (TAT).
• Deliver product training sessions to distributors, customers, and tyre fitters.
• Conduct site visits and studies.
• Provide product recommendations based on application and usage.
• Perform competitor analysis including product performance, scrap/site studies, campaigns and activities, and share insights as required.
• Visit large customers (fleet size >30 vehicles) to strengthen relationships and provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities:1. Product Development & Testing

• Conduct product testing and inspection activities on a monthly basis
• Ensure quality standards and performance benchmarks are met

2. Claim Handling & Resolution

• Manage customer claims through inspection and resolution
• Maintain a turnaround time (TAT)

3. Product Knowledge & Training

• Deliver product training sessions to:
• Distributors
• Customers
• Tyre fitters
• Conduct site visits and studies
• Provide product recommendations based on application and usage

5. Market Intelligence

• Perform competitor analysis including:
• Product performance
• Scrap/site studies
• Campaigns and activities
• Share insights as required

6. Sales Support & Lead Generation

• Support sales team through joint visits and technical inputs
• Assist in identifying and generating new leads

7. Customer Engagement & Feedback

• Collect and document:
• Product testimonials
• Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback
• Gather data from OE dealers and distributors
• Maintain structured reports for analysis

9. Key Account Visits

• Visit large customers (fleet size >30 vehicles)
• Strengthen relationships and provide technical support
