Job summary

Synergy Group in India is seeking an experienced ERP support specialist to tackle complex issues escalated by L1, with strong SQL troubleshooting and API integration skills.

You will coordinate with development teams, perform RCA, participate in UAT, and ensure SLA adherence while guiding users and support staff. This role requires analytical thinking and clear communication in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive ERP support experience with troubleshooting SQL-based issues.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data validation.
• Familiarity with incident management and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience using ticketing systems and support processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex ERP application issues escalated by L1 support.
• Perform database analysis and troubleshooting using SQL queries.
• Support ERP integrations, APIs, and data synchronization processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare incident reports.
• Coordinate with development teams for bug resolution and enhancements.
• Participate in UAT, regression testing, and release validation.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify issues.
• Provide technical guidance to users and support teams.
• Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and accurate ticket documentation.
• Interact directly with customers to understand issues, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution.
• Experience with maritime ERP, vessel management, procurement, crewing, PMS or similar enterprise systems.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and enterprise application architecture.
