Synergy Marine Group is seeking an ERP Support Specialist to investigate and resolve complex ERP application issues escalated by L1 support, perform SQL-based troubleshooting, and coordinate with development teams for bug resolution.

You will participate in UAT and release validation, monitor performance, provide user guidance, and ensure SLA adherence, with a focus on system integrations, APIs, and data validation.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in ERP application support.
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data validation.
• Knowledge of incident management and problem-solving methodologies.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and support processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve complex ERP application issues escalated by L1 support.
• Perform database analysis and troubleshooting using SQL queries.
• Support ERP integrations, APIs, and data synchronization processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Coordinate with development teams for bug resolution and system enhancements.
• Participate in UAT, regression testing, and release validation activities.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Provide technical guidance to users and support teams.
• Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and maintain accurate ticket documentation.
• Interact directly with customers to understand issues, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution.
