Job summary

Piramal Pharma Ltd in India is seeking an Executive Production to oversee departmental activities, maintain GMP practices, and ensure data integrity across production and packing lines. The role requires coordinating QEHS, training staff, and optimizing resource use to meet market demand.

The incumbent will implement ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and other safety standards, ensure safety measures, and collaborate with QA/QC, HR, IT, EHS and engineering teams to sustain quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• GMP knowledge required for pharma manufacturing.
• QA/QC coordination experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/ISO 14001 and related safety standards.

Responsibilities

1. To maintain department cleanliness.
2. To Coordinate, Monitoring and controlling of departmental activities as per 21 CFR Part 111 and all applicable regulations.
3. To get optimum productivity within specified quality by effective utilization of available resources so as to deliver the product as per market requirement.
4. To train workmen and subordinates.
5. Responsible for providing quality product and maintaining quality system of company.
6. Ensuring avoidance of breach of data integrity at all the levels.
7. Ensuring implementation of effective sanitation activities at all the levels.
8. To determine internal and external QEHS issues as well as needs and expectations of relevant interested parties and monitor the same
9. To implement QEHS policy & objectives

23. To ensure proper segregation of material, quality of products, cleanliness of machines, walls, flooring, ceiling, windows and scrap areaTo co-ordinate with QA, QC, Stores, HR, IT, EHS and ENGG. Department.

25. To ensure compliance to internal and external audits.
26. To impart training to the workmen and operators for GMP, Personal Hygiene and SOP's, packing Processes and Company Policies.
27. To ensure compliance to Safety Measures.
28. Implementation and Documentation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 ,ISO 45000:2018 and FSSC 22000
29. Authorized to prevent Improper workplace conditions
30. Authorized for reporting of Hazards, Incident, accidents and near miss.
31. Authorized to prepare OH&S performance document.
32. Authorized to conduct training of workmen related to OHSMS.
