Job summary

StayVista, India's largest villa hospitality brand, seeks an Executive to run end-to-end recruitment for corporate and operational roles. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and lead pre-joining follow-ups while partnering with hiring managers to close roles quickly and with quality.

You will maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment MIS; handle bulk and urgent hiring; and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR with 0–1 year recruitment experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals knowledge.

Your Role

As an Executive at StayVista , you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across corporate and operational roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, offer management, and pre-joining follow-ups. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closures while maintaining quality and a positive candidate experience.

About You

• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
• Drive timely closures through effective follow-ups and coordination.
• Support bulk, urgent, and recurring hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• MBA/PGDM in HR; freshers or candidates with 0–1 year recruitment experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Comfortable with candidate calls, targets, and fast-paced hiring.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
• High ownership, energy, resilience, and urgency towards closures.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
