ACN Healthcare Inc in Hyderabad is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) specialist to contact US insurance companies on behalf of physicians and hospitals, pursuing payment of outstanding claims and follow-ups to improve collections.

The role requires knowledge of US healthcare billing and RCM, HIPAA compliance, and strong written and oral communication. EPIC experience is a plus; candidate should be prepared to work US EST hours from an office setting.

Qualificações

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in US provider AR activities.
• Hands-on analysis and calling insurance companies.
• Willingness to work on claims under $5,000 at Day 60 and follow-ups.

Responsabilidades

• Call US insurers on behalf of physicians/clinics/hospitals to pursue payment of outstanding claims.
• Convince payers for payment and follow up on AR.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant processes and QA standards.
• Meet productivity and quality targets with TAT and escalate issues to leadership.
• Adhere to company policies and manage required collaterals.

• Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in the US) on behalf of Physicians/Clinics/Hospitals and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivables
• Should be able to convince the insurance company (payers) for payment of their outstanding claims
• Sound knowledge in U.S. Healthcare Domain (provider side) and methods for improvement on the same
• Should have basic knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Manage & develop collaterals as required
• To check with Team Leader for client updates
• Meeting all set productivity and quality targets with TAT
• Identify issues and elevate the same to the Team Leader/Manager
• Adherence to company policies, rules and regulations
• To follow quality processes using checklist
• Adherence to HIPAA guidelines
• Responsible for complying with all QMS and ISMS Policies and procedure
• Knowledge of Speciality billing with experience in Transplant/Gift Of Life/Organ Procurement billing and follow-up, identify the right changes and billing the same to the specific Organ procurement will be added advantage
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in provider side (US based AR activities)
• Hands-on Experience in Analysis and calling Insurance companies
• Excellent Oral and Written communication
• Having knowledge of EPIC software is desirable
• Should be ready to work on the claims < $5,000 at Day 60
• Accounts will qualify to you to work at day 60 from bill date in specific WQs that you will work in Epic
• Should be open to Work from Office in US Timings - EST hours
