Omega Healthcare in Navi Mumbai, India seeks an Executive - AR / Senior Executive - AR to manage US healthcare accounts receivable for physician and hospital billing. The role requires expertise in denial management, CMS1500/UB04, and experience with Epic software.

The candidate will handle AR calling, communicate with insurers, and ensure accuracy in billing that supports on-time reimbursements while adhering to client requirements and project specifications.

Formación

• 2+ years of AR calling experience.
• Experience in US Healthcare (Physician or Hospital billing) is required.
• Knowledge of CMS1500 or UB04 is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle US Healthcare AR for physician and hospital billing.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of US Healthcare concepts.
• Proficient in calling insurance vendors and providers.
• Manage denial cases and identify root causes.
• Utilize Epic Software for charting and billing workflows.
• Understand client requirements and project specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all denials and resolutions.

3. Should have 2 and more Years of AR calling (Voice Process) Experience.
4. Excellent Knowledge on Denial Management.
5. Should have Knowledge on Epic Software.
6. Should have Knowledge on (CMS1500 claim OR UB04)
7. Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
8. Should be proficient in calling the insurance companies.
