Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and drive cost efficiency across the sourcing process Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and operational requirements. Monitor and review vendor performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain service quality. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures to uphold company standards and reduce risks. Continuously explore innovative sourcing solutions to adapt to changing market conditions and consumer needs. Exceptional skills in negotiation, leveraging market understanding to secure costeffective procurement deals. Strong analytical skills with a robust capability in conducting market research to identify sourcing opportunities and strategies Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams. Knowledge of trends in the lingerie market and understanding of consumer preferences in lingerie and intimate apparel. Ability to develop and maintain productive vendor relationships to foster long-term partnerships and collaborations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
