• Manage inward logistics – supplier consolidation, packing, labeling, and stock-taking.
• Conduct supplier search, assessment, and performance monitoring; enforce SLA adherence and metrics tracking.
• Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring compliance with European compliances and LC terms.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality, and engineering teams to support product development and seasonal sourcing.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and KPI visualisations using data integration tools.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, present purchasing performance, and provide advisory input on best practices.
• Support hiring managers in talent acquisition for procurement and supply-chain roles; track recruitment metrics.

Leads end‑to‑end sourcing and procurement activities for building‑materials and product lines, ensuring compliance with European regulations, cost‑effectiveness, and quality standards. Acts as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and European customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery for direct and indirect spend.
• Manage inward logistics – supplier consolidation, packing, labeling, and stock‑taking.
• Conduct supplier search, assessment, and performance monitoring; enforce SLA adherence and metrics tracking.
• Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring compliance with European compliances and LC requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality, and engineering teams to support product development and seasonal fresh‑produce sourcing.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, custom reports, and KPI visualisations using data‑integration tools (e.g., Salesforce, Siebel).
• Lead cross‑functional meetings, present purchasing performance, and provide advisory input on best practices.
• Support hiring managers in talent acquisition for procurement and supply‑chain roles; track recruitment metrics.

Required Qualifications

• 5‑7years of proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply‑chain management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ariba, CPQ tools, or other e‑procurement solutions.
• Managing multi‑disciplinary projects.
