Purplle.com is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive - Marketing for Faces Canada to drive brand growth through new product launches, e-commerce content, packaging and influencer marketing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on-brand campaigns and launch readiness.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in marketing, with a preference for MBA/PGDM in Marketing, and a sharp eye for consumer trends, partnerships, and efficient project management in a fast-paced beauty

Competenze

• 1–3 years of marketing experience; beauty, personal care, FMCG or e-commerce preferred.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
• Excellent coordination, communication and project management skills.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Executive / Senior Executive - Marketing to support brand growth across new product launches, e-commerce, creatives, packaging and influencer marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Drive NPD launches — briefs, timelines, sampling, packaging and launch readiness.
• Manage e-commerce content across Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit and D2C.
• Develop creative briefs and coordinate with design teams/agencies for campaigns.
• Coordinate packaging development, artwork, claims and vendor execution.

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of marketing experience; beauty, personal care, FMCG or e-commerce preferred.

• Excellent coordination, communication and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• A clear communicator with solid working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• A self-starter who takes ownership, works well under launch-week pressure and follows through to closure.
