Job summary

G S Pharmbutor is seeking a production professional to ensure smooth plant operation and lead a production shift in Ghaziabad, India. The role includes planning for spray drying, dry blending and packing, ensuring GMP, hygiene, and safety on the shop floor, and supervising operators and contract workers.

The candidate should have B. Tech/M. Tech. in Food Technology and 3+ years of experience, with daily and monthly reporting duties and a focus on achieving production targets within budget.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth plant operation as per standard procedures.
• Do the production planning for spray dryer, Dry Blending and Packing.
• Lead entire production shift to achieve the target production as per production planning schedule with in the budgeted constraints.
• Ensure cleaning, hygiene and good manufacturing practices on shop floor.
• Direct and supervise the operators, company helpers and contract workers
• Ensure process safety practices on floor.
• Daily reporting of production and packing & monthly closing of used RM, PM and FG.
• Ensure daily hourly and shift yield conciliation to check the plant performance.
• Other duty assigned by Reporting Manager time to time.
